You butternut miss out on our gluten-free, sugar-free Pumpkin Bread

What are weekends for if not making some delicious DIY breads?

You might be familiar with our Chai-Spiced Banana Bread, our Zucchini Coconut Lunchbox Bread or our famous Paleo Veggie Bread. They’re super quick and easy to make and don’t require any leaving or fancy baking techniques to rise.

Our latest foolproof creation? Pumpkin bread! This recipe has been circulating the U.S. (home of pumpkin-flavoured everything) for a while. We’ve IQS-ified it by replacing the cups of brown sugar and cream cheese icing with nutritious nuts and spices.

In fact, with vanilla and cinnamon, there’s not a gram of added sugar in our recipe. The pumpkin pureĆ© makes it sweet enough! We recommend using butternut pumpkin for maximum sweetness. Serve toasted with lashings of butter and a sprinkle of cinnamon on top. Yum!
