These days, you can literally find a podcast on anything – from business to fitness, history, marketing and craft – the list goes on…
But it’s probably no surprise that as a collective, our office loves to listen to (and talk about!) the latest health and wellness podcasts. Not only do these little sound-bites inspire us, but going for a stroll in the sunshine while listening to a podcast is literally one of the best ways to wind down and relax.
Here are some of the podcasts we can’t get enough of at the moment…
Good Life Project.
Created by Jonathan Fields, this is the perfect podcast to listen to if you’re looking for what it means to live a good life – and Jonathan literally asks all his interviewees this same final question. There’s also a great balance between the podcasts he hosts alone, delving deep into topics personal to him, and interviews with some of the greatest entrepreneurs, philosophers, authors and minds of our time. But Good Life Project is so much more than simply a podcast. In essence, their hope is to bring together a global community and “help each other live more meaningful, connected and vital lives.” Inspiring stuff.
The Pass.
If you’re a foodie, you’re going to love this one! Think of it as your perfect pocket guide to where to eat, both within Australia and around the world. Hosted by Magdalena Roze, this super fun podcast is full of tips and insider knowledge, from chefs, food critics and food writers. Trust us, you’ll be hungry after every episode!
The Slow Home Podcast.
It’s no secret that there has been a bit of a trend of late to return to simplicity, live with less and slow our lives down. Host, Brooke McAlary, shares her own story of what it means to live a slow life and in the beautiful conversations with her guests, you really get a sense for just how fast-paced and crazy our lives can be. This is a great one to listen to if you’re feeling the frenzy of modern life and need to put things in perspective.
The Ultimate Health Podcast.
If you’re keen to garner advice from some of the world’s greatest health and wellness minds, this is sure to be your jam. From Nadine Artemis to Daniella LaPorte, Mark Sisson and even our very own founder and director, Sarah Wilson – we love this podcast for it’s simple, direct approach and juicy content.
