- 7–9 serves of veg. The Reboot has been developed by our resident nutritionists to keep you full of all the good stuff you need, including 7–9 serves of veg, healthy fats and protein.
- It’s allergy-friendly! We know that everyone has different dietary requirements, that’s why we’ve made the whole Reboot gluten-free and we offer dairy-free options wherever dairy is used.
Here’s what a typical day looks like…
Brekkie: Egg-Cellent Hashbrown Muffins + Salsa Topping.
Lunch: Express Chickpea Noodle Bowl.
Dinner: Pork Carnitas + Purple Cabbage Leaf Tacos.
