There is no contest that tacos are one of the greatest foods ever invented.
And while we’ve munched on variations like Surf ‘n’ Turf Tacos, Peri-Peri Haloumi Tacos and Chilli Tempeh Satay Tacos, we’ve often wished we could eat tacos for breakfast, too.
Until we realised…
Yes, you can eat tacos for breakfast! The soft tortilla works beautifully with breakfasty ingredients, like crispy bacon, fried eggs and melted cheese.
And it wouldn’t be an IQS recipe without a good dose of veggies from avocado, tomato and lettuce. Mornings have never been better!
