Barbeque the corn with the husks still ON. This will protect those golden kernels from burning, while sealing in the heat to steam the corn perfectly.
And if that wasn’t delicious enough, we’ve paired our BBQ corn with Mexican chilli cream, fresh parsley and a wedge of lime. Who else is hungry?
