Quitting sugar is a journey, not a destination. Before you can break free from your sugar cravings, you have to do the legwork.

Sounds daunting? No frets! We’ve experimented and refined the process to make it as smooth and gentle as possible (even the sugar withdrawal symptoms!). In eight weeks, we reeducate our tastebuds and detox our bodies from all the sugary junk.

And while you have to give up sweet things for a little bit, we promise you wouldn’t trade 1,000 Krispy Kreme donuts for the feeling of freedom you have when you finally break your addiction.
